As a Senior Global Product Marketing Manager, you will own a defined sales territory with full responsibility for driving growth—building strategic customer and supplier relationships, shaping account strategies, and closing complex opportunities. This role is built for a commercially driven sales leader who thrives on strategy, execution, and hitting ambitious targets.

Insight on your impact:

• Define and grow critical markets and new customers within your assigned territory
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive demand creation and revenue growth
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and key decision-makers influencing design wins
• Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to unlock new opportunities and expand share of wallet
• Promote and sell the company's full portfolio, including value-add, supply chain, and lifecycle programs
• Drive pipeline development and support FAEs in achieving design-in and design-win targets
• Achieve quarterly sales targets across both CEAC and franchised product lines
• Uphold company ethics while representing the organization internally and externally

Your qualifications, your influence:

To be successful in the role, you must possess the following skills:

• Strong experience in strategic sales within the electronic components industry
• Deep understanding of pricing programs, models, and commercial structures
• Proven ability to build and execute account and territory growth strategies
• Experience preparing and leading internal and customer-facing QBRs
• Proficiency with sales tracking and CRM systems
• Ability to build and maintain strong supplier and vendor relationships
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Results-driven mindset with a consistent track record of achieving targets
