As a Senior Field Application Engineer, you will be the technical face of the business, working directly with customers and sales to turn designs into real wins. This role blends hands-on engineering, customer engagement, and commercial impact. Giving you ownership, visibility, and the chance to directly drive revenue growth.

Insight on your impact:

• Provide hands-on application and design support, including board design, testing, and customer demos
• Partner closely with Sales to support key customers and drive design wins
• Act as the primary technical contact for assigned accounts, managing support independently
• Analyze competitor solutions and position PI value to help secure customer designs
• Support customer projects in collaboration with U.S. Applications and European regional teams
• Drive fast revenue growth by prioritizing high-impact designs and tracking progress
• Deliver technical training, workshops, and seminars for internal teams and customers

Your qualifications, your influence:

• Strong technical expertise in application support, board design, and testing
• Ability to work independently with customers while aligning closely with Sales
• Experience supporting key accounts and managing multiple customer projects
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate competitive solutions and define technical value
• Clear communication and presentation skills for reports, demos, and training sessions
• Ability to collaborate across global engineering and regional teams
• Strong planning, prioritization, and follow-through to drive design wins
