Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop new customers through outbound prospecting, including cold calling and regular customer meetings.
• Build strong customer relationships by providing excellent follow-through and follow-up on product requests and orders.
• Understand customers' business requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with SOURCEABILITY's Sales Director to develop and execute plans to meet sales objectives, such as quarterly GP targets.
• Perform support, liaison, and coordination activities consistent with account management responsibilities.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Possession of a Diploma Certificate or equivalent industry accreditation.
• 3+ years of experience in a related sales or account management role, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• A high-energy, self-motivated sales professional driven to succeed.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
