Senior Director Of Product & Customer Marketing

As the Senior Director of Product & Customer Marketing at SoSafe, you will hold a pivotal role in defining the future of Human Risk Management. You will bridge the gap between our product innovation and our global market, crafting the narratives that empower organizations to build sustainable security cultures.

This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. Your mission is to move beyond standard "feature marketing" to create a movement—turning our customers into our strongest advocates and our product into the market standard.

Here's how you'll make a difference:

Strategic Positioning

  • Own the narrative. Refine SoSafe's positioning and messaging to clearly differentiate us in a crowded cybersecurity landscape.
  • Translate complex technical features and behavioral science concepts into compelling, human-centric value propositions.
  • Lead market intelligence: deeply understand the "Human Factor" in security, buyer personas, and competitive dynamics to inform product and sales strategy.

Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution

  • Build and operationalize a tiered launch framework (Tier 1/2/3) to ensure every product release lands with maximum impact.
  • Partner with GTM leadership to equip Sales and CS teams with world-class enablement assets, pitch decks, and competitive battle cards.
  • Embed AI as a strategic co-pilot within the PMM function to accelerate research, content creation, and market analysis.
  • Orchestrate a unified GTM engine: Align product roadmaps with market needs to drive efficient customer acquisition.
  • Drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR): Build a customer marketing machine that fuels adoption, expansion, and advocacy.
  • Scale a high-performing team: Lead, mentor, and expand a world-class PMM and Customer Marketing team, embedding AI-driven workflows to maximize impact.

Customer Marketing & Lifecycle

  • Develop strategies to drive adoption, cross-sell, and up-sell within our existing base.
  • Lead the strategy for Customer Advisory Boards (CABs), case studies, and advocacy programs.
  • Partner with Customer Success to reduce churn by communicating value realization and product updates effectively.

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Influence

  • Manage, coach, and grow a diverse team of Product Marketers and Customer Marketers.
  • Act as the "glue" between departments, ensuring Product builds what the market needs, and Marketing promotes what Product builds.
  • Represent SoSafe as a thought leader at industry events, analyst briefings, and key customer meetings.

What makes you a great fit:

Experience & Leadership

  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role managing PMM or Customer Marketing teams.
  • Experience in Cybersecurity, HR Tech, or L&D is a strong plus.
  • Proven track record of defining categories and positioning complex products for mid market and Enterprise buyers.

Functional Expertise

  • Full-Funnel Mindset: You understand that PMM doesn't stop at the sale. You have experience driving NRR through customer marketing.
  • Data & Storytelling: You can analyze churn data and win/loss reports as easily as you can craft an emotional hook for a keynote presentation.
  • Launch Rigor: Experience building repeatable launch playbooks in high-growth environments.
