We're a post-revenue, seed stage B2B startup with ARR growing double digits every month.

We're a small engineering team of four full-stack engineers looking for a senior software engineer to help us scale our product. Our current tech stack is Ruby on Rails / Vue / Postgres, running on a combination of Heroku and AWS services

Skills & experience we're looking for:

  • Production experience with Ruby on Rails.
  • At least 6 years of full-time experience as a software engineer.
  • Naturally curious and willing to learn new things.
  • Managed or lead a small engineering team.

Bonus if:

  • You have shipped a product end-to-end (from frontend to backend/API).
  • You are a self-starter who doesn't need to be micromanaged.
  • You are persistent and determined. You are the type of person who will go through walls to get the job done.
  • You've directly worked with a founder before.
