Attached to the Support team of Sopra Real Estate Software, you contribute to ensuring quality customer support in the use and integration of an ERP solution dedicated to real estate businesses.
Your Role And Missions
By building fluid and trustworthy communication with the client, you will:
A first experience in software support would be appreciated, as well as a good knowledge of IT tools (office, SQL, etc.). Your communication skills and your sense of service allow you to ensure effective management of the customer relationship. Autonomous, organized, and methodical, you know how to take initiatives to ensure the quality of service.
Graduated with a minimum of Bac+2 in computer science or equivalent, you are attracted to a job combining customer relations, mastery of an ERP, and knowledge of the real estate sector.
