Your role and missions:
Within a team of 200 people and integrated into a team of 15 people, you make the link between the needs of users and technical development teams and you will be an indispensable element for the proper functioning of the project.
In the context of your internship, you are welcomed in the Sopra Steria premises within a team of conception and development and different responsibilities are entrusted to you:
- Apprehend the business challenges and processes of the client
- Analyze and understand the needs
- Writing of functional specifications
- Participation in workshops with the client, designers or developers
- Design and execution of functional or integration tests
- Work closely with other team members (including technical and functional experts, managers)
- Develop, share and capitalize on your knowledge, feed the knowledge base
- Participate and be a force of proposal on cross-functional projects (continuous improvement)

- Functional notions
- Capitalization tools: Jira, Sharepoint.

Qualifications
You are curious, have a logical mind, rigorous and good communicator. Do you have developed soft skills? Do you enjoy working in a team, are you creative and full of innovative ideas?
Student in an engineering school, Master in computer science or equivalent training, you have a first experience in functional analysis or in the realization of a business process, you are looking for an internship in a dynamic and innovative environment that combines development and customer relations?
