As part of our Customer Experience (CX) team, you will play an important role in delivering to our operational customers. Today, CX consists of just under 100 dedicated people, who help our community-critical customers with their IT problems. You will serve as a contact point for our customers and ensure to create a holistic, positive experience with every interaction through various contact channels or physically at the customer location.

We naturally have good insurance and pension arrangements with private health insurance and you will receive full salary during parental leave.
