What will you work on?

You will have a varied daily work with tasks within the operation, maintenance, and support of technical systems at our customers. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Support on O-365
• Support on internal applications
• User administration (Active Directory, Entra ID, BuyPass)
• Client logistics
• Troubleshooting on clients (Windows 10 / Windows 11)
• Network/Security, Communication and telephony
• Printing issues
• License management
• Cooperation and coordination with other IT staff
• Basic maintenance and repair of clients

This role gives you an excellent opportunity to work with varied technologies and at the same time provide an important service to customers and colleagues. You will be an important resource to ensure smooth operation and high satisfaction among users.

Who are you?

As a person, you are genuinely interested in technology, and have great eagerness to develop your competence. You are happy to share the knowledge you have, whether with customers, colleagues, and the community. In addition, you have good communication skills, both Norwegian and English, and you cooperate well with technical and non-technical resources. We also see that you have IT expertise; Master/Bachelor in IT, ICT-service specialty with vocational certificate, Technical Vocational School or Engineer, and preferably experience from IT support/customer service. Relevant experience can compensate for formal education.
