Responsibilities

• Development and Design: You will be involved in designing and setting up machine learning solutions with an event-driven approach. By integrating messaging services like Kafka and Pub/Sub, we create a robust architecture that ensures real-time data flow and quick response.
• Deep Learning: You will work with advanced techniques in deep learning. This involves training, evaluating, and implementing state-of-the-art models to solve complex problems.
• LLM, RAG, and Agents: Do you want to explore LLM technology, experiment with RAG, and develop intelligent agents? Here you will have the opportunity to combine large language models with dynamic search strategies to create innovative solutions.
• ML-Ops: You will be involved in setting up and optimizing ML-Ops pipelines. This includes developing solutions for continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring of machine learning models, ensuring stable operation in production.
• Data Handling and Modeling: You will handle and model data to prepare it for machine learning solutions. This includes data collection, preprocessing, and transformation to ensure high quality and relevance in the datasets.

Qualifications

• Higher education in IT, data technology, machine learning, or related fields.
• Minimum two years of relevant work experience in the development and implementation of machine learning solutions.
• Strong programming skills, especially in Python, and experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Experience with ML-Ops tools and production-ready ML solutions.
• Knowledge of LLM, RAG, and agents is an advantage.
• Experience with data handling, data modeling, and working with large datasets.
• Norwegian, minimum B2 level
