Description Du Poste

In the context of the transformation program of Sopra Real Estate Software, you join the new "Platform" team. You play a central role in the development and production of features for our new SaaS platform and you propose innovative solutions to new business issues.

You are attached to the team leader and you interact daily with a multidisciplinary team (Product Manager, UX/UI team, front-end developers, back-end developers, AI team, QA).

Your Role And Missions

• You design innovative solutions (POC, architectures, AI) for business issues of Sopra Steria Real Estate Software.
• You understand the challenges of Sopra Steria Real Estate Software "upstream" of business roadmaps and propose state-of-the-art solutions.
• You develop "SOLID", resilient, "scalable", observable, and high-performance architectures.
• You transcribe technical challenges to the business squads in the context of knowledge transfer to ensure the autonomy of these teams.
• You contribute to the phases of framing, implementation, testing, and knowledge transfer to other business squads.

Technical environment: Java, Spring Boot, UML, Docker/Kubernetes/HelmChart, Cloud (AWS), API (REST & GraphQL)

Qualifications

• Recognized for your skills and experiences in design/programming on Java technologies, you have worked on software innovation projects. You have become familiar with AI technologies (TDD, LLM, prompt engineering, knowledge graph).
• Passionate about new technologies, you follow the latest sector developments and know how to implement them quickly in innovative solutions.
• You show strong adaptability skills and have a good culture of agility.
• You have a good relationship skills, you collaborate effectively with different teams.
• Graduated from an engineering school, a Master 2 or equivalent training, you are looking for a technical lead position combining digital transformation and operational excellence: do not wait!
