A first experience in software support would be appreciated, as well as a good knowledge of IT tools (office, SQL, etc.). Your communication skills and your sense of service allow you to ensure efficient management of the customer relationship. Autonomous, organized and methodical, you know how to take initiatives to ensure quality of service.
Graduated with a minimum of Bac+2 in IT or equivalent, you are attracted by a job combining customer relationship, mastery of an ERP and knowledge of the real estate sector.
