As a Sales Engineer specializing in security, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales and revenue growth of our security solutions. You will work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements, propose appropriate security solutions, and support the sales process from inception to closure. Your technical expertise, combined with excellent communication and presentation skills, will be essential in effectively conveying the value and benefits of our security products and services to potential customers. You will be responsible for handling presales activities for North Region and Reporting to SE Manager.

What You Will Do
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify customer needs and develop tailored security solutions.
Act as a subject matter expert on our security products and services, staying up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the security industry.
Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and workshops for prospective customers, showcasing the features and functionality of our security solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, technical documentation, and presentations that effectively address customer requirements and highlight the unique value proposition of our security offerings.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales tools, including product datasheets, whitepapers, and technical FAQs, to support the sales process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to provide feedback on customer requirements and contribute to the development of new security products and enhancements.
Respond to customer inquiries, technical objections, and concerns in a timely and effective manner, providing accurate and relevant information to address their needs.
Stay informed about competitors' security offerings and market trends, providing insights and recommendations to the sales and product teams.
Conduct post-sales activities, such as customer training, implementation support, and troubleshooting, for critical projects as needed.
What You Will Bring
College degree from an accredited institution or equivalent industry experience.
At least five (4) years' experience working with Cyber Security solutions, having experience with both endpoint and network solutions is a plus.
Proven experience in a sales engineering or similar technical customer-facing role, preferably in the security industry.
Deep knowledge of security concepts, technologies, and industry best practices, including Network & Endpoint security, data protection, encryption, authentication, and cloud security.
Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience conducting product demonstrations and delivering technical presentations.
Familiarity with sales processes and methodologies, with the ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and contribute to the sales cycle.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
