Position Summary
Sony Honda Mobility of America (SHMA) is seeking a Pre-Delivery Operations Specialist to support the launch and operational execution of AFEELA's pre-delivery inspection (PDI) program. In this hands-on, facility-based role, you'll help ensure vehicles meet SHMA's high-quality standards before being released for customer delivery.
You will coordinate day-to-day PDI activities on-site, triage inspection issues, and serve as a central point of contact between SHMA teams, vendors, and repair centers. This is a critical role for ensuring operational readiness and exceptional vehicle quality at delivery.
Ideal candidates have experience in dealership service operations, vehicle delivery, or PDI workflows—and are excited to contribute to a launch-phase EV startup.

Benefits
The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $80,000-$90,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
