Position Summary
Sony Honda Mobility of America (SHMA) is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Pre-Delivery Operations Specialist to support the launch and operational execution of AFEELA's pre-delivery inspection (PDI) program. This is the first PDI-focused role at our Fremont delivery hub, offering the opportunity to establish foundational processes and later step into leadership as the team expands.
In this hands-on, facility-based role, you will coordinate daily PDI workflows, triage inspection issues, and serve as the central point of contact between SHMA teams, vendors, and repair centers. Beyond ensuring vehicles meet SHMA's high-quality standards before delivery, you'll help shape inspection procedures, documentation, and best practices that will scale with future operations.
This position is ideal for a motivated professional with experience in dealership service, vehicle delivery, or PDI workflows who is excited to help build operations from the ground up—and grow into a lead or manager role as SHMA scales.

Benefits
The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $80,000-$90,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
