This role is for a Chrysler Level 3 Master Technician who operates at the highest technical level. You are expected to diagnose, repair, and lead through example while supporting shop efficiency and quality.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced diagnostics and complex repairs
  • Execute repairs accurately the first time
  • Communicate clearly with advisors on repair needs and timelines
  • Maintain factory training and certifications
  • Protect shop efficiency and comeback prevention

Qualifications

Level 3 Chrysler Master Technician – Performance Expectations

These performance expectations outline the standards required to be successful in this role. They are designed to support consistency, accountability, and professional growth.

Core Expectations:

  • Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Follow dealership processes and workflow standards.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and accountability.
  • Protect repair quality, safety, and customer trust.
  • Use Dealerlogix and MPVI accurately and consistently.

Production & Quality:

  • Meet or exceed expected efficiency and productivity benchmarks.
  • Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs with minimal comebacks.
  • Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections thoroughly with clear documentation.
  • Follow OEM repair procedures and warranty standards.

Accountability:

Performance is reviewed regularly. Failure to meet expectations may result in coaching, additional training, or corrective action. Consistent performance creates advancement opportunities.

Additional Information

Compensation (Hourly: Flat-rate): $45.00 - $60.00 / hour Depending on experience, certifications, and qualifications

Schedule:

  • FULL TIME
  • 5 days a week / 2 days off
  • Sundays off
