We are looking for a Customer Support Manager for our dental sector. Why? Because our product is really well received – and the inquiries are increasing daily. You will ensure that our customers feel at ease with us, quickly find their way into the product, and get exactly the support they need when they have questions.

Responsibilities

Consultation and support of customers by email and phone

• Support during onboarding and successful entry of new practices
• Independent handling of technical inquiries and support cases
• Collaboration with product and technology on more complex issues
• Analysis and structured forwarding of customer feedback
• Maintenance of customer data and processes in HubSpot

Qualification

Fluent German and good English for communication with medical professionals

• Completed degree (field of study flexible)
• At least 3 years of experience in customer success, ideally in the SaaS environment
• Desirable: experience in the medical or dental field
• Technical affinity and interest in looking behind the system logic
• Experience with tools like HubSpot, Stripe, Demodesk is a plus
• You work independently, structured and think solution-oriented
• You are communication-strong, open and bring an active, independent mindset
