What You Will Do:

• Data entry and maintenance of customer rebate and non-rebate contracts
• Trouble-shoot pricing issues with Sales and Managers
• Work with Sales to increase GM%
• General pricing updates
• Monthly and GM% Reports
• Other duties as assigned

What You Will Bring:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow up and follow through with multiple tasks
• Strong customer service focus and the ability to develop and maintain good sales relations
• Good math aptitude
• Personal computer skills and knowledge of Office Tools: Excel (Advanced), Outlook, Word, and web navigation.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Office environment, mainly seated at a desk
• Continuous phone and computer use
• Lifting, 25 – 35 lbs – office files
• Usual 40 hour work-week Monday through Friday, however, based on business needs evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required
• Requires punctual regular and reliable on-site attendance

Salary & Compensation:

• This position is non-exempt and is eligible for overtime
• Pay is $25/hour - $31.25/hour, DOE.
