We're seeking a strategic HR Manager to lead key initiatives, drive compliance, and provide expert guidance to associates and managers company-wide, while overseeing a hybrid team and contributing to business growth.

What You Will Do:

  • Supervise one direct report (HRBP located in Portland)
  • Be the point of contact for CDC Associates and HR liaison for Managers company-wide
  • Provide guidance to Associates and Managers on interpretations of company policies and programs.
  • Enforce compliance and company policies to minimize risk
  • Produce, interpret, and communicate HR Analytics and take action
  • Review timecards, and assist with payroll related activities as needed.
  • Oversee HR rollouts, and projects.
  • Other duties as assigned by HR Director.

What You Will Bring:

  • BA or Master's in Human Resources, preferred.
  • PHR or SPHR certification a plus.
  • 5 to 10 years of HR Leadership experience.
  • 3 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
  • Performance Management experience.
  • High emotional intelligence and broad people agilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment related laws and FMLA regulations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

  • Hybrid schedule: 4 days in office, 1 remote.
  • Office and warehouse environment.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk working on a computer and phone.
  • Travel to Portland RDC and North Coast locations as needed.
  • Able to lift 20 pounds at times.

Salary & Compensation:

  • This position is an exempt position and not subject to overtime.
  • Pay is $112,000 to $125,000 annually, DOE. #LI-CR1
