IT Applications Manager - Administrative Support Solutions

The IT Applications Manager – Administrative Support Solutions is responsible for leading the delivery, performance, and evolution of enterprise systems supporting corporate functions such as Finance, HR, Legal, Internal Communications, and Compliance. This individual partners with stakeholders across corporate services to ensure operational effectiveness through digital solutions, including ERP financial modules, HRIS, legal matter management systems, document control platforms, and communication portals. The manager ensures these systems are stable, secure, compliant, and aligned with evolving business needs.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Lead the support, enhancement, and roadmap planning for administrative applications including financial systems (AP/AR, GL, fixed assets), HRIS, payroll, intranet, and legal tech platforms
  • Translate business requirements into functional capabilities that improve workflows, compliance, and data integrity
  • Manage application lifecycle processes, including vendor coordination, upgrades, testing, and change control
  • Ensure cross-platform integration between administrative tools and broader enterprise systems (ERP, BI, CRM, etc.)
  • Collaborate with corporate stakeholders and IT peers to support strategic initiatives such as process automation and regulatory compliance
  • Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and user feedback to drive a high-performing and user-centric application environment
  • Stay current with emerging tools, legal and financial compliance trends, and best practices in back-office digital transformation

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience managing IT applications supporting Finance, HR, and other corporate departments
  • Solid understanding of data privacy, labor laws, internal controls, and SOX or equivalent requirements
  • Strong analytical, communication, and vendor management skills
  • Experience with ERP financial modules (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), HR platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, ADP), and compliance/legal tools
  • Proven success in working with stakeholders in finance, HR, and legal to deliver scalable and compliant solutions
