The HRIS Project Manager leads strategic HRIS initiatives, ensuring alignment between HR functional needs and the Group's technology ecosystem. He/She leverages existing and emerging technologies, including AI, to design and deliver user-centric, intuitive, and high-value solutions that enhance HR operational efficiency. He/She drives key functional enhancements and high-impact developments, contributing to the continuous improvement of Sonepeople and the deployment of complementary HRIS solutions, particularly in Workforce Strategy and Workforce Planning.
