Within our branch in Haren, under the responsibility of the Branch Manager, you will play a key role in welcoming and guiding our professional customers, and offer an unparalleled shopping experience.

As a Counter Salesperson (M/V/X) your mission will be:

• You receive the customers and provide technical advice by offering them a range of solutions to technical products adapted to their needs.
• You are in direct contact with our customers. This both in the store, by phone, and by email.
• You make quotes for the customers, you organize orders and you are responsible for stock management.
• You highlight promotions from the suppliers or product offers.
• Thanks to your versatility, you help manage the store (receipt of goods, storage, shipping, returns, etc.).
• Thanks to our training, you stay updated on new products and trends within the sector.
• Finally, you support the representative in his technical and commercial work.

Your profile

• Technical training in electricity.
• Practical experience that you like to use to better understand the needs of the customers (installers).
• Organized, with good communication skills and a strong team spirit.
• Bilingual NL/FR.
