What You Will Do:

  • Manage counter Associates and all counter-related activities
  • Drive Counter Sales & Customer Service with a focus on gaining market share
  • Drive DOTP to become part of your everyday culture
  • Key orders and quotes and perform weekly reporting & data collection
  • Stocking, cleaning & merchandising counter and surrounding areas
  • Participation in sales, product & team meetings as requested
  • Engage with sales and project managers to improve customer experience
  • Plan, schedule, and maintain coverage for all shifts
  • Monitor workload and direct resources accordingly
  • Foster a culture of growth and mentorship growing a best-in class team
  • Utilize North Coast Tool Kit to positively influence key performance indicators
  • Other duties as assigned

What You Will Bring:

  • Proactive communication skills
  • Team player who is self-motivated and works with a sense of urgency
  • Previous Inside or Counter sales experience
  • High level of organization
  • Great follow through on tasks
  • Team oriented approach to tasks with excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient in the use of Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Comfortable writing/responding to emails
  • Proficient in using Solar for trouble shooting common questions related to deliveries
  • Committed to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT)

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

  • Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects (50+ lbs)
  • Mix of warehouse and office work environments
  • Frequent computer, phone, and scanner usage
  • Usual 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday however based on business needs evenings and weekend hours may occasionally be required
  • Requires punctual and reliable on-site attendance
  • Positive DIRTFT attitude and understands the value of cleanliness and can "raise the bar" at the counter

Salary & Compensation:

  • This position is an exempt position and not subject to overtime.
  • Pay is $68,600 to $87,500 annually, DOE; Plus commission.
