At SonderMind, we believe everyone deserves one personalized, connected, and effective mental health destination to take care of their mental health and well-being at any stage of life. SonderMind care encompasses everything from therapy and medication management to meditation and mindfulness exercises. Our clinicians leverage our digital tools and research to deliver increasingly high-quality care and to develop thriving practices. Combining technology and human connection, SonderMind drives better outcomes through our comprehensive approach.
We're turning our online mental health services into a provider platform that any health plan, payer, employer, or med-tech app can plug into. You'll design and ship the APIs, webhooks, and integration points that make that possible. Your work will remove friction for partners, protect patient data, and get people care faster.
Own key platform APIs end to end, from RFC to rollout and monitoring
Shape the partner developer experience (docs, SDKs, sample apps, sandbox flows)
Build clean contracts and stable interfaces for identity, eligibility, scheduling, claims, and reporting
Work with standards like OAuth2/OpenID Connect and FHIR/HL7 when they help, and keep things simple when they don't
Collaborate with product, security, data, and customer teams to turn real integration pain points into shipped solutions
