Quality Manager F35

Your mission:

In a multinational environment and attached to the "Customer Quality Assurance Manager," your mission is to manage quality topics related to F35 work package.

To carry out this mission, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Manages quality within the work package. He/she is the point of contact for BAES Program Quality
• Manages product non-conformities at the Company level. Interact with other partners of Be Lightning
• Manage customer complaints (Escape) after delivery
• Manage and coordinate all activities linked to a customer complaint (treatment, liability definition, quality survey as 9S, 8D, QRQC or similar)
• Ensures compliance to customer requirements (technical, quality management system)
• Is main focal point in case of customer audits on his/her perimeter
• Perform internal product audits
• Ensures the regular update of the APQP deliverables such as QAP, P-FMEA, control plan etc
• Maintain integrated program quality KPI, proposes and drives improvements plan
• Organize Quality management review on a regular basis
• With Commercial Department, manage Customer Satisfaction Review

Your profile:

• You have a university degree or equivalent in mechanics/aeronautics
• You have 5 years of experience in an industrial environment
• You master multimedia tools to document your reports and presentations (Office, …)
• You are familiar with "quality" tools and methods in production (9S, QRQC, etc.)
• Rigorous, responsive and organized, you have a strong ability to communicate
• You have good interpersonal skills and you are technically reliable
• Your 'commercial' sensitivity allows you to naturally carry out any type of customer exchange
• You are ready to carry out missions at Customer/Partner sites
• You are Fluent in English
