Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented technician who will provide technical advice and support across our product range. The ideal candidate must have experience in the technical field, with the ability to solve problems with a focus on top-notch services.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support to our end users, including B2B partners (in person, by phone, email)
  • Testing products and providing information about new products to customers
  • Recording and processing complaints
  • Ensuring services, including possible customer site visits, etc.
  • Presenting Somfy products to incoming customers in our showroom
  • Proposing technical solutions or recommending alternative products according to customer needs
  • Contributing to quality improvement through support and facilitation of decision-making processes
  • Verifying returned goods from customers and assisting the logistics team in effective processing

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Holder of a certificate of professional competence in electrical engineering according to Decree No. 250/2021 Coll.
  • Fluent in Czech, or Slovak, English at least at a basic level.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to solve problems with an emphasis on details.
  • Flexibility to handle occasional urgent site visits.
