Your contribution to our shared success:

For our spring pool in the production area at the Seefeld near Munich location, we are looking for qualified and motivated production staff (m/w/*), who are interested in flexibly applying their knowledge and skills in different production facilities and areas.

• You independently operate and maintain the production machines and plants in the filling and packaging production area across departments.
• You independently oversee the production process.
• Furthermore, you are responsible for providing all necessary materials and performing cleaning and preparation work according to current work instructions.
• As part of your work, you are responsible for the continuous improvement of the plant and process availability and ensure compliance with valid quality standards through regular quality checks during production.

These are your competencies:

• A high level of flexibility to fulfill the function as a spring pool plant operator between several production areas at the Seefeld location and occasionally at the Landsberg am Lech location.
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in production and machine operation and a commercial/technical completed training.
• Ideally, a completed training as a machine and plant operator or a comparable qualification.
• Good PC and German language skills in writing and speaking.
• The ability to work in a team, a quick understanding, flexibility, and a basic technical understanding complete your profile.

The following further knowledge is advantageous:

• Initial experience in handling special machines with pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical components.
• Good quality understanding and basics of quality management.

Work location: On-site at the Seefeld near Munich & Landsberg am Lech locations

Region: Herrsching, Starnberg, Wessling, Gilching, Gauting, Pöcking, Tutzing

Shift model: Part-continuous shift model (5-day 3-shift operation)
