Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Configure and customize ITSM, CSM, and CMDB modules to meet business requirements. Manage user roles, access controls, and data integrity. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions. Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues. Support upgrades and new module implementations. Provide training and documentation for end users.
Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university. Minimum of five (5) combined years direct experience with support of ServiceNow as a ServiceNow Administrator (preferably in a healthcare setting). ServiceNow Certified System Administrator. Strong expertise in ITSM, CSM, and CMDB modules. Experience with ServiceNow configuration and customization. Familiarity with ServiceNow best practices and governance. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to quickly learn and apply new tools and technology. Strong written/verbal communication skills and must be capable of maintaining superior customer relations in a fast-paced environment.
