The Impact You'll Make In This Role:

As the Clinical Sales Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Attaining sales objectives and operating plan targets for the fiscal year.
  • Implementing sales strategies for designated accounts as aligned with marketing initiatives.
  • Utilizing the CRM tool (SFDC) to standardize sales processes across all stages and to follow up on leads generated from integrated marketing activities.
  • Analyzing market potential within the assigned territory, monitoring sales progress, and providing status reports.
  • Collaborating with team members and cross-functional groups to synchronize sales efforts.
  • Engaging existing and prospective clients by presenting and advocating for medical products/solutions, leveraging strong arguments to secure sales.
  • Conducting cost-benefit and needs analyses to address customer requirements effectively.
  • Developing and sustaining positive, fruitful relationships with business and customer networks.
  • Ensuring prompt resolution of customer issues and complaints to enhance overall satisfaction. Foster continuous improvement by actively seeking and integrating feedback.

Your Skills And Expertise:

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • 8+ years sales experience in medical devices, ideally in the dental industry with a proven track record achieving targets and demonstrating extensive salesmanship.
  • Working with channel partners/distributors in the market to develop the business via market coverage and market penetration.
  • Working with scientific education & evidence and clinical specialist teams to enhance clinical education in the market and conduct relevant educational and training activities.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and seizing market opportunities.
  • Ability to negotiate and influence decision-making processes.
  • Strong organizational skills with a capacity for managing multiple priorities.
  • Adept at working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Work location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

  • Hybrid Eligible
  • From JB to KL and East Coast

Travel: May include up to 35% domestic travel
