The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As Product Sales Specialist (MedSurg Portfolio) you will be responsible for representing a wide range of surgical and wound care solutions across hospital and out-of-hospital settings. This role blends clinical knowledge with strategic sales expertise to drive market share, develop customer relationships, and support long-term growth across Denmark.

You will make an impact by:

  • Developing and managing favorable relationships with key decision-makers and department leads, including clinicians, procurement, technical teams, department managers, and primary care providers.
  • Driving pre-tender market consultations, implementing tender contracts, and supporting the introduction of new products.
  • Delivering on value-based pricing strategies that support profitable growth.
  • Creating and communicating value with a total solution approach — combining hardware, consumables, and services.
  • Developing and executing a business plan to prioritize account development, penetration, and product usage across key accounts and healthcare segments.
  • Supporting key accounts management through structured CRM and sales processes.

Your Skills and Expertise

Education & Experience:

  • A clinical degree (nursing required) or a relevant life sciences/business degree with clinical sales experience.
  • Proven experience in medical sales — preferably across wound care, surgical solutions, infection prevention, and/or medical hardware.
  • Experience in hospital and/or out-of-hospital (OoH) settings is a strong advantage.
  • Understanding of 2-layer compression systems, operating theatre workflows, and related medical technologies is desirable.

Key Competencies:

  • Extroverted, proactive, and confident in building and nurturing relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Team player with a high-energy, results-driven mindset.
  • Capable of working cross-functionally and engaging across multiple levels of an organization.
  • Structured and methodical in problem-solving, account planning, and sales strategy.
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written, fluent in English (Danish is a plus).

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce is preferred.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
