The impact you'll make in this role:

As a LATAM Area Scientific Education Support Coordinator team member, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by supporting the Dental Solutions LATAM Scientific Evidence & Education team in Health Care Compliance processes & documentation requirements:

  • Supporting the Dental Solutions Scientific Evidence & Education team in checking content review processes.
  • Overseeing all payments and reconciliation related to HCP activities, agency work, sponsorships, etc.
  • Serving as the central point of communication for area support to ensure integrity of systems, operational processes, requirements, and data within the area. Assisting in training internal team members on key processes.
  • Monitoring activities to ensure compliance with the rules and regulations where applicable.
  • Preparing, generating and sending contracts for signature upon approval.

Your skills and expertise:

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in healthcare industry.
  • At least one (1) year of experience working with compliance requirements for Health Care Professionals.
  • Fluent in speaking, writing, and reading English (Spanish is a plus)

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Intermediate or advanced in Spanish and/or Portuguese
  • Experience with Concur, SmartSheet, Excel and Microsoft Office Suite, OneDrive, Teams, and DocuSign.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt style to different audiences including all levels of the organization, external vendors, and customers
  • Must be a self-starter who is able to work with minimal supervision and have strong administrative skills. Has the ability to execute tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
  • An understanding of the complex world of compliance for Health Care Professional events within a life science company including understanding Meal Caps, Country Laws, Transfer of Value reporting, and other compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work flexible work hours due to global nature of department.

Work location: Hybrid Eligible (Job duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Campinas office at least 2 days per week)

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
