Dental Sales Specialist

The impact you'll make in this role:

  • Responsible for our dental portfolio which includes Scotchbond, Filtek and Relyx products.
  • Field management of successful territory in the North West of England to maintain and grow existing customers to exceed annual sales target set.
  • Support KAT in managing hospital and large dental group accounts within defined territory.
  • Full completion of Salesforce CRM to include logging visits and processing leads.
  • Track and review POS within defined area using our Power BI platform.
  • Keep updated with competitor info and seek guidance from Clinical Specialist.

Your skills and expertise:

  • Proven experience within the health care/dental industry.
  • Knowledge in CRM system (Salesforce.com) and other sales acceleration tools.
  • Challenger mindset, positive thinking, tenacious, driven and a high level of resilience.
  • Analytical and data driven.
  • Enthusiastic and highly motivated, team player with strong inter-personal skills.
  • Good organisation skills.

Work location: Remote – Field Based Role

Travel: Will include 50-60% domestic travel within the assigned Territory. Attendance at Solventum HQ (in Loughborough) may be required for training and Moments that Matter events.

Sales Territory: North West of England Postcodes , CH, CW, HD, HX, LL, M, SK, WA

Candidate Location: Candidates must live on Territory (ideally within postcode area M,SK,WA)

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
