A Polish bank is modernizing its contact center through AI and intelligent automation, delivering both customer-facing self-service capabilities and AI-assisted support for human agents.

What You'll Do

The candidate will build and maintain the integration layer connecting the contact center AI platform to the bank's internal systems. The candidate will design resilient, secure, and scalable integration patterns that meet banking SLA and compliance requirements, and will support event-driven data flows that feed downstream AI components.

What You Bring

• 5+ years in backend software engineering or systems integration.

• Proficiency in Java and/or Python for enterprise service development.

• TypeScript for API gateway or middleware components.

• REST and SOAP API design and consumption.

• Experience with enterprise integration and event-driven patterns.

• Strong understanding of API security.

• Exposure to system integration in banking or financial services.

• Polish language (spoken and written).

Nice To Have

• Familiarity with enterprise integration platforms.

• Experience with core banking platforms.
