A Polish bank is modernizing its contact center through AI and intelligent automation, delivering both customer-facing self-service capabilities and AI-assisted support for human agents.

What You'll Do

The candidate will be responsible for designing and building the data infrastructure and AI/ML capabilities that power the bank's contact center modernization program. This includes data pipeline development, data modeling, and contributing to AI-driven features such as intelligent routing, knowledge retrieval, and agent assistance. The candidate will work closely with engineering and business teams to ensure data solutions meet the bank's quality, security, and regulatory standards.

What You Bring

• 5+ years in data engineering, data science, or data architecture in regulated industries.

• Strong proficiency in Python for data pipeline and model development.

• Experience designing and implementing enterprise data architectures.

• Experience with AI/ML pipelines.

• Strong understanding of data governance, privacy, and GDPR compliance.

• Polish language (spoken and written).

Nice to Have

• Proficiency in Java for enterprise data service development.

• Experience with cloud-based data platforms.

• Background in NLP or conversational AI.

• Experience with real-time or event-driven data pipelines.

• Knowledge of banking regulatory frameworks.
