A Polish bank is modernizing its contact center through AI and intelligent automation, delivering both customer-facing self-service capabilities and AI-assisted support for human agents.

What You'll Do

The candidate will design, provision, and maintain the cloud infrastructure underpinning the contact center AI platform. Responsibilities include CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, secure API gateways, and observability tooling, all built to meet the security and availability requirements of a regulated banking environment.

What You Bring

• 5+ years in cloud infrastructure or DevOps engineering.

• Strong hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider.

• Kubernetes / container orchestration.

• CI/CD pipeline design.

• Infrastructure-as-Code.

• Experience working in regulated, compliance-heavy environments.

• Security hardening: network segmentation, RBAC, secrets management.

• Polish language (spoken and written).

Nice To Have

• Familiarity with cloud / on-prem integration patterns.

• Knowledge of EU banking regulations impacting infrastructure.

• Experience with AI/ML infrastructure (GPU workloads, inference endpoints).

• Experience with observability and monitoring stacks.

• Familiarity with SIEM / security monitoring tools.
