About the role:

Our Marketing & Sales Digital Technology (DT) Team, composed of 20 people, is integrated in the DT department and represents the major point of interaction with the business functions & operations.

As a Salesforce CRM Technical Analyst, you will ensure the robustness, scalability, and efficiency of IT solutions by translating functional requirements into technical solutions and ensure the performance of our CRM platform. You will be accountable for:

  • Translating functional requirements into a technical roadmap and associated requirements, with concrete milestones & action plan, working closely together with the solution architect and business analyst
  • Act as Level 3 IT Service Delivery Support in collaboration with our third-party provider (who is responsible for Level 0-2 support)
  • Design and validate CRM systems integration into Solvay IT landscape (application integration/dataflow, security policies design)
  • Guide developers during technical and architecture documentation (data model, data flows, sequence diagram), and animate technical workshops and the design authority forums
  • Support Enterprise Architecture, solution architect and any external company, on technical studies linked to projects on CRM

We offer a permanent contract based on hybrid working mode.

About you:

Relevant education degree or equivalent in Computer Science with at least 4 years of related work experience in Salesforce implementation.

Competencies:

  • Solid expertise with Salesforce CRM and associated products solution design, development and integration (eg. SF Administration & Configuration, SF Lightning,..)
  • Apex Programming – Ability to write and optimize Apex code for automation.
  • Data Management & Integration – Handling data migration, ETL processes, and API integrations.
  • Experience with SAP Sales & Distribution, Sales & Marketing related data management & Integration: handling data migration, ETL processes, and API integrations.

About the pay:

Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is € 35600 - € 48700 per year in Portugal.

Your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
