We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Support Manager to ensure that our sales organization is equipped with the operational, administrative, and customer-facing support needed to drive revenue growth. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, this leader will oversee daily team operations, including pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and CRM utilization. In addition, they will collaborate closely with sales leadership and cross-functional departments to continuously improve processes and service delivery.

The Sales Support Team Manager must have excellent written, verbal, and auditory communication skills. Light lifting may be required on occasion.
Position Type:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours are typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Occasional evening and weekend work and travel are also required as job duties demand.
Travel:
Some travel, including overnights, is required for this role for quarterly department meetings, the annual company retreat, and other occasional events and company functions.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Manages a team of three Sales Support Specialists.
