Role: Analyze, model, and optimize business processes. Map processes (BPMN or equivalent). Identify improvement points and propose innovative solutions. Support the implementation of continuous improvement strategies. Advise managers and teams on best practices for service delivery. Document deliverables and ensure methodological compliance. Requirements: University degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field. 10 years and more experience in comparable projects. Mastery of recognized methodologies (BPMN, Lean Six Sigma, Agile). Proven experience in optimization and process documentation in the public or parapublic sector. Certifications (asset): BPMN, TOGAF, Lean Six Sigma.
Each service provider resource will perform one (1) day per week at the client's location at 1125, Grande-Allée Ouest.
