How You Can Support Us:

As a service technician, you will:

  • Provide technical troubleshooting support for installers and other customers over the phone or digital channels
  • Offer commissioning support (remote or on-site)
  • Actively collaborate with international and local colleagues/departments to resolve customer inquiries effectively
  • Plan and coordinate logistics for the shipment of inverters for exchange and support the return process
  • Support the qualification, onboarding, and management of new service partners
  • Document all relevant case information accurately in a CRM software
  • Conduct training for customers or internal colleagues
  • Continuously identify improvement opportunities for products and processes to increase customer satisfaction and improve the company's cost efficiency
  • Regularly collect feedback (e.g., customer satisfaction) to support the continuous improvement of the after-sales process
