What will be your responsibilities as a customer service agent and internal sales?

• Welcome, inform, support, and advise customers, either by phone, email, or in-store;
• Filter technical service requests and create calls in the ERP system;
• Confirm appointments and provide courteous and professional follow-up to customers;
• Keep client records up to date;
• Perform various administrative tasks.

Do you imagine yourself in this position and do you match the following profile?

• 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or internal sales;
• Proficiency with Office Suite and good ability to learn computer skills (ERP);
• Perfect command of French, both orally and in writing;
• Sense of organization, joviality, team spirit, and professionalism.
