Position Purpose:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our international team within Solera's Data Insights and Data Science organization. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, collaborating with major Insurance Companies, Vehicle Manufacturers, and Repair Shops to build industry-leading analytical software solutions, including our Sustainable Estimatics offerings. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable and efficient web applications and services using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and .Net. You will play a critical role in designing high-performance backend services, integrating REST APIs, and ensuring seamless data flow across our applications. Your contributions will be instrumental in enhancing our digital ecosystem, optimizing performance, and driving data-driven decision-making.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and efficient applications.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Create high quality software using agile methodologies and JavaScript libraries like ReactJS
• Utilise markup languages like Typescript, JSX, HTML and CSS to create user-friendly websites and web applications
• Create applications using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API
• Create web services using REST standards
• Unit test using mock objects and contribute towards automation
• Work with data in Azure SQL Server/Synapse, Fabric and deploy applications to cloud
• Participate in the full software life cycle, including support, continuous integration, and design
• Exhibit a DevOps mindset with owning team project deployments part of a team
• Drive continuous improvement within a self-regulating team
• Have plenty of opportunity to learn new things, as well as coaching and mentoring others

What You Need for this Position:

• At least 3-5 years of experience within software development using the following technologies.
• Strong knowledge of ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and analysis
• Knowledge of other technologies such as C# .NET, Web API, SQL Server
• Understanding of Azure SQL, Azure Synapse
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines. Preferably Bitbucket, Azure DevOps and Octopus/Jenkins
• Experience working with SCRUM team
• Demonstrable experience of software development for high capacity, high traffic, high availability websites/systems
• Delivery experience within agile projects
• Problem solving and creative thinking
• Ability to speak-up with educated decisions and drive product direction and design
• Experience following coding standards and performing peer code reviews
• Exposure to reporting implementation with Fabric or open-source technologies is a plus
