Customer Service Associate

We are looking for a Customer Service Associate, who will represent the company to customers (they generate the highest revenue for AUTOonline). A Customer Service Associate must be able to optimally schedule the services of towing providers, document management and vehicle storage facilities to meet customer service expectations. They must also communicate effectively with different operational areas of the customers, which involves planning and executing various tasks with specific difficulties. An ideal candidate should have developed skills that enable them to achieve challenging goals, identify business opportunities, and generate alternative processes that allow the implementation of the AUTOonline product in different sectors of the automotive industry.

Buyers:

  • On-boarding and managing buyers
  • Buyer's payment reconciliations
  • Market segmentation study of new buyers and distribution

Manage Customer transactions

  • Document receipt, ownership and marketing of vehicles
  • Follow up of vehicles payments
  • Management of the vehicle's file sold
  • Delivery of management metrics

What You'll do

  • Management Salvage's sales
  • Execute an auction
  • Payment Tracking
  • Sales management indicators
  • Propose changes to the vehicle publishing process
  • Delivery tracking of documents of sold vehicles
  • Identify operational activities that must be improved in their execution

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Automotive industry knowledge
  • Leadership skills
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Pleasant, friendly disposition with strong communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work under pressure, with limited supervision
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • High degree of attention to detail and discretion
  • Multitask skilled and able to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast and accurate way
