Job Title
Perform route inspections in chemical dosing systems, acting in preventive and corrective maintenance, customer orientation, cleaning and conservation of Solenis equipment and systems.
Collect samples from customer systems and perform laboratory analysis, making adjustments in dosing.
Verify all product consumption points and ensure that all are supplied.
Control the dosing of chemicals with greater technical complexity and evaluate the performance of the products.
Report results through reports.
Support action and improvement plans.
Comply with all safety standards established by Solenis and customer processes for the performance of activities.
Perform activities aligned with the customer.
Evaluate and manage the results of field activities and laboratory analysis to take routine actions, supporting the responsible party.
Support the collection of data for technical reports, maintaining good communication and relationship with operators and supervisors of the customer.
Share information and clarify customer doubts about the product and the technical application in which it acts.
Apply action plans elaborated with the support of the technical responsible, using service control tools.
Participate in meetings with customers.
Train more junior people and customer operators, promoting technical development and alignment with company practices.
Manage samples: send and accompany the return of results.
Participate in projects / installation of equipment and assembly of dosing lines.
