Implement strategies defined by the Commercial Manager, the Sector Leader, and the Region for the development of the sector in the Mexican territory.
Coordinate, manage, implement, and ensure the correct launch of new applications and/or clients acquired in the sector.
Support the sales team in solving technical problems related to good manufacturing practices, hygiene, microbiology, among others, as well as develop the necessary action plans to ensure the solution of problems and customer satisfaction (internal and external).
Responsible for the correct operation of current applications in the sector under their responsibility. Guide in the correct use of chemical products in each application area.
Generate test reports, follow-up, and delivery of the launch and testing of new applications and/or clients.
Support Account Managers in technical issues related to the sector.
Contribute to the prospecting and identification of new business opportunities that can increase the company’s market share.
Organize follow-up meetings for the operations of new applications and/or clients in the sector.
