Key Account Manager

As a Key Account Manager at Diversey, your mission is to develop and manage relationships with our top strategic customers in alignment with our corporate strategy. You will drive profitable growth by delivering sales targets and by bringing our unique value proposition to clients through a value-based selling approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with Diversey's top accounts.
  • Drive revenue and profitability growth across your assigned portfolio through proactive account management.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and business risks to develop strategic sales plans.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Focus on high-potential and strategic accounts to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Accurately track and report activities, opportunities, and customer interactions using Salesforce CRM.

Candidate Profile

  • A university degree, preferably in a scientific or business-related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales and/or marketing, ideally within B2B environments at large or multinational companies.
  • Strong results orientation and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in common IT tools and business software.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written) is an advantage.
