We are seeking a Human Resource Manager supporting Solar's Customer Services North America organization. You will lead a team of HR professionals in support of a diverse and growing organization, including an extensive field organization, two production facilities, as well as management and support employees spanning several functional areas in multiple locations. You will work closely with the directors and leadership teams on their strategic people priorities, providing tailored services and solutions in support of their business and talent needs. As a key member of the Solar Human Resources leadership team, it is important to have a growth mindset, promote continuous improvement, and help build an engaging culture. Summary Pay Range: $140,964.00 - $211,446.00
