What You'll Do

This role is focused on closing solar deals with qualified homeowners.

• Conduct in-home or virtual solar consultations with homeowners

• Present customized solar solutions and explain financial benefits

• Overcome objections and guide customers through the decision process

• Close residential solar agreements

• Build strong relationships with homeowners and referral partners

• Maintain professionalism while representing the Solar Pros brand

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales closers with strong closing ability

• Experience in solar, in-home sales, roofing, windows, alarms, or high-ticket sales preferred

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Confidence handling objections and closing deals

• Self-motivated and performance-driven mindset

• Professional appearance and customer-first attitude
