Job Description
Responsible for day to day IT, studio equipment production support and monitoring
Handles calls, email inquiry, instant messages from internal business unit
Perform first level of support in daily operation for both production and operation
Trouble shoot technical problem based on given SLA
Respond and perform technical analysis and repair of all production operation related issue
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years experience in IT and Audio Video operation and services
3 years of above experience in computer network and Desktop support
Strong knowledge of audio video setup, installation and from different types of source and distribution
Knowledgeable in Audio Video equipment
Knowledgeable in basic HTML and database
Basic understanding of monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix and Nagios)
Able to read and understand electronic schematic diagram
Proficient in English language (both written and oral)
Must be knowledgeable in MS Office, Desktop support, TCP/ IV, virtualization, JIRA, DHCP, MS Teams, Wireless Management, Wi-Fi.
Other tasks assigned will be assigned by respective leaders.
