Join a strategic engagement delivered by a Software Mind for a global energy-sector client, focused on building a scalable internal developer platform in a multi-account cloud environment. You will collaborate with distributed teams of developers and data scientists. Key strengths include strong cloud-native architecture, high automation maturity (IaC, CI/CD), and a focus on security, standardization, and self-service enablement.

Design, build, and operate core platform components for the client

Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code and platform standards

Deliver reusable "golden paths" and automation for multiple teams

Support multi-account cloud architecture and governance setup

Enable secure cross-account access and deployment mechanisms

Build CI/CD pipelines and developer self-service capabilities

Operate container platforms and cloud networking components

Provide observability, logging, and platform reliability solutions

Strong experience in cloud platforms (AWS preferred, Azure/GCP acceptable)

Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container-based architectures

Proven track record in building and operating production systems at scale

Solid knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)

Experience in designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines

Programming/scripting skills (e.g. Python, TypeScript, Bash, Java/Kotlin)

Understanding of cloud and network security principles

Experience with observability tools (logging, metrics, tracing, e.g. ELK/Kibana)

Knowledge of Git and modern development workflows

Ability to design scalable, highly available cloud architectures

Strong documentation and communication skills in English

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and collaborative team environments

Experience with Internal Developer Platforms (IDP) and platform engineering concepts

Familiarity with building developer self-service portals and service catalogs
