ServiceNow Architect Position

We are now looking for ServiceNow Architects for our Enterprise Solutions and Public Sector Solutions teams. We are the leading ServiceNow partner in the Nordics and have implemented over 1000 ServiceNow transformation projects in the last 15 years. With us, you will develop future business and customer service, leveraging ServiceNow, artificial intelligence, and automation. In recent years, we have innovated and created, for example, modern customer service solutions, workflow automations for finance and HR services, innovative solutions for the construction industry, modern automations for service providers, and AI-related solutions.

What We Expect From You:

• Experience as a ServiceNow Architect or a strong developer background with a desire to advance on the architect path and take the next step in your career.
• Knowledge of configuring ServiceNow solutions and interest and experience in leveraging artificial intelligence solutions.
• Ability and desire to understand business processes, workflows, and services, and to learn new processes, technologies, and working methods.
• Customer-oriented mindset, adopt the goals of the client organization and enjoy succeeding with the client.
• Strong ServiceNow certifications that support your expertise in the role.
• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills in both Finnish and English. Swedish language skills are considered an advantage.
